Unfortunately for Angkas Philippines motorcycle drivers, it doesn't seem to be the case as the recent Supreme Court temporary restraining order (TRO) prevents Angkas motorcycle taxi vehicles to run as public utility vehicles (PUV) in favor of the LTFRB.
