The RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard is back and better! A collaboration between RCBC Bankard, the credit card servicing entity of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), and Gawad Kalinga, they pledged to support GK's Kusina ng Kalinga program!
