Green Technology
DMCI Homes have considered the develpment of Zinnia Towers in line with Quezon City's commitment of implementing green purchasing and green building programs.They introduced the Lumiventt Design Technology in the construction and design of Zinnia Towers - the first in Quezon City.
The technology is a combination of DMCI Homes’ signature green architecture which allows ambient lighting and fresh air to permeate into the building.

The green effort was in line with the recent recognition received by the city on Sustained Good Performance in the Implementation of Republic Act 9003 last March 6, 2012 as awarded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
It's also good to know that only about one-third of the total 1.9 hectare development will be used for the towers and the rest will be used as open area for other amenities.

Zinnia Towers was made with the young family in mind. Open spaces, greeneries, and amenities such as the swimming pool complex, play areas, roof deck gardens, and a grand Clubhouse with Wi-Fi define the community of two 35-storey high-rise buildings in a contemporary tropical- themed structural design.
It also incorporates a peaceful and secure surrounding with a tested Property Management Office (PMO) that will take charge of everyday operations and maintenance of the property and its facilities.
Moreover, it is near the SM North mall complex and LRT1 Roosevelt station for shopping and transportation convenience.
