  1. First of all, I think doctors could conduct free checkups once or twice every month to find out the overall health of the community. There should also be cleanliness and fitness programs to ensure the wellness of the people. Finally, the citizens themselves must be made aware of the advantages and risks of eating certain foods, doing certain activities, taking certain medicines, etc.

  2. Giving free talks regarding this matter will surely help especially in the places where it is needed (squatters etc). Making shortfilms and getting a good endorser will be great too :D

  5. I think one of the best ideas that I can suggest for our community to improve the health and wellness situation of the people there is having a weekly (I prefer weekends) seminars and free health and dental check-ups for kids and adults. As for the healthy young ones, giving them some stuff for sports, like volleyball and basketball stuff to strengthen their physicality and mind. :-)

  6. The people should be aware of things that is going on with the community. We should be responsible enough to start the ideas we have in mind, may it be seminars, or check ups. It is a good thing that we prepare to be healthy even though we are still young. :)
